Lancolia LLC would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To report any problems, please contact our customer care at contact@lancolia.com. We will always try our best to accommodate you.

We understand that not everyone can always be satisfied and do offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

Please contact us with your inquiry, proof of purchase, and reason for refund request. 

Upon receiving your request and processing your documentation, we will issue a free shipping label for you to return your product. Upon reception of the product, we will issue a refund. Note: Shipping fees will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for those deemed to be serial refund requesters.

Please be aware that if the package arrived damaged, the damage must be reported immediately after reception and a picture of the damaged items need to be sent to our customer service at contact@lancolia.com.

The customer agrees to keep all packing materials and understands that failure to do so may result in the shipping company denying a damage claim for lack of evidence. In this case, the customer agrees not to hold Lancolia LLC responsible/liable for any damage claim.
