Orders are processed within 5 business days. Please allow 5 business days after receipt of payment to fill and ship your order.

Items will be shipped to the address provided at the time of order. Double check your address and ensure it is accurate. Lancolia LLC will not be held responsible if the customer entered the wrong address at the time of purchase.

We offer free shipping for orders above $75.

If you are an international customer, contact us via our contact us page. At the moment, Lancolia LLC does not provide International shipping through the website.

*Refunds and Returns*

Lancolia LLC would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To report any problems, please contact our customer care at contact@lancolia.com. We will always try our best to accommodate you.

We understand that not everyone can always be satisfied and do offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

Please contact us with your inquiry, proof of purchase, and reason for refund request. 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Please donate any unused items to someone that can make good use of them. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for those deemed to be serial refund requesters.

Please be aware that if the package arrived damaged, the damage must be reported within 48 hours of reception and a picture of the damaged items need to be sent to our customer service. The customer agrees to keep all packing materials and understands that failure to do so may result in the shipping company denying a damage claim for lack of evidence. In this case, the customer agrees not to hold Lancolia LLC responsible/liable for any damage claim.
