If the package arrived damaged, the damage must be reported within 48 hours of reception and a picture of the damaged item needs to be sent to our customer service. The customer agrees to keep all packing materials and understands that failure to do so may result in the shipping company denying a damage claim for lack of evidence. In this case, the customer agrees not to hold Lancolia LLC responsible/liable for any damage claim.
